Situation updated September: 

To United States as to other countries outside Europe there are unexpected deliveries. We were requested for a surcharge for each parcel. We will bear the extra cost to United States, but to other countries as price increase is so expensive we can not bear.

We are shipping regularly to United States/Canada/Australia and Europe destination. We are preparing and shipping orders 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Deliveries to destinations outside Europe: Courriers and local post services are suffering major backlogs in their offices of exchange, resulting sometimes for some streams in to delays into weeks. We kindly ask you to be patient and contact your local post office for updated info as soon as the parcel reaches your country.

United States
 
The impact of peak volumes and limited availability or capacity of  United States Postal Service entry points (at US airports), is causing heavy delays on shipments. Transit data shows that USPS is experiencing major backlogs at these entry points, resulting for some volumes to experience delays of 6 weeks or more.

Post NL is getting our shipments to the right entry points with the best capacity.  Unfortunately these delays affect both mail and parcel volumes. In addition to that, we have noticed missing scans in the US, resulting in items frequently missing updates until they are sorted in the domestic centers of USPS.

 
 
Canada
 
Restricted access to flights and capacity issues at the only available Canada Post entry point (airport) in combination with peak volumes, is causing heavy delays on our shipments to Canada. Due to corona prevention measurements, Canada Post has delays in processing. This has created a backlog, from which we also see that first in–first out processing is no longer maintained. At customs there are also delays for various reasons.

We are confident that Canada Post will hold up their high performance levels on delivery (99%) albeit with heavy delays. Due to these delays, please bear in mind that we will only start working on inquiries from our customers after 60 days.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the below countries are suffering delays at this point in time. This list is regularly updated, while the situation is constantly changing.

Delivery and inspection

We will confirm your order by email and when your order payment has been processed, your order will usually be sent out within the following 2 working days.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates as this will depend on Country of destination of parcel.
Delivery leadtimes are commonly as follows:
-Europe: 7/8 working days
-Mediterranean countries: 10/12 working days
-North America: 16/20 working days
-Other countries in America, Africa, Asia: 18/24 working days

Delivery of an order shall be complete when we deliver the Products to the address supplied to us.
The Products will then become your responsibility.

You are responsible for the correct and complete delivery address given with your order and any delivery failure or loss as a result of an incorrect address will be at your risk.

We accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver Products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control (Strikes, Holidays, Bad weather, etc).

International delivery
We deliver worldwide.
For countries outside of the European Union any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. 
Coppetta-mestruale.it has no control over these charges and unfortunately we can not tell how much will they be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

We suggest you to contact your local Postal Service for an idea of the customs limits and restrictions.
All orders to countries outside Italy are sent with registered mail ( tracked/Packet registered). You will get an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as parcel is prepared.
It may take a couple of days to be taken on the shipping system.

Orders from Australia and Canada: all your orders are sent with Registered mail. Unfortunately your local Post by Internal Policy do not let trace parcels once it enters to local country. So you are kindly requested to trace the parcel and get in touch with your local post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Your package will be sent to the shipping address you entered at checkout. It is your responsibility to verify that this address is correct and contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for lost, refused or undeliverable orders. In some cases, these packages are returned to us, but not always. If your order is returned to us, we will refund or reship your purchase, minus shipping costs—whichever you prefer. You are not eligible for reshipment or refund until the package is returned to us, and you will be required to pay for shipping again if the error is not on our end. Again, you are responsible for providing the correct information so that your order can be processed properly. Thank you.

*In case of lost parcel (shipping address was correct but neither your local post nor the post we used can trace on web) we can open an official claim to trace the parcel. You will get an official document to fill and return back to us to open the claim procedure. The post service may take from 30 to 45 days to give a reply. If we get the confirmation of lost parcel we immediately we will let you know to proceed with total reimbursement or to ship again your complete order.
