Freya are revolutionary pocket underwear! A new way to manage menstruation that combines the simplicity of changing a pad with the full protection of menstrual underwear.

Worn on their own, they offer an absorbency level suitable for light to heavy flow (approximately equivalent to 2 tampons or 2 daytime sanitary pads). They feature the structure of menstrual underwear with a breathable, stain-resistant layer, but to fully take advantage of the pockets and allow you to wear just this brief throughout the day and even overnight, we recommend using them with Letitflow Pocket Pads. Pocket Pads are booster inserts or absorbent pads made of 100% organic cotton with no wings. Their soft, light-colored prints are designed to help you see where and how you are bleeding (to monitor your menstrual flow). This is not possible with black organic cotton linings. Depending on your flow, you can insert one or two Pocket Pads into the pockets.

Pocket Pads feature top stitching designed to channel flow. They do not include a waterproof layer because this is already integrated into the underwear. They have a light absorbency similar to a daytime sanitary pad, so depending on your flow, you should adjust how often they are changed in order to wear the underwear comfortably throughout the day. Pocket Pads are compatible with all sizes of our Pocket underwear.

During a break, you only need to bring your wet bag with clean Pocket Pads to replace them, and roll up the used one to store it with the others.

These menstrual underwear are available from size XXS (for girls or very slim teens) up to 2XL.

Since fabrics and fit may vary, we recommend taking your hip measurement (without clothing) and following the size chart.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE

Letitflow absorbent underwear sizing follows European standards. The fabrics are elastic and form-fitting. Always measure your hips by placing a tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips. Do not measure over clothing, as this may distort the result. If in doubt, choose the larger size.
