The LukeDisc menstrual disc by Letitflow introduces a new concept in menstrual protection. Its design is crafted to offer maximum comfort, prevent leaks in any situation, and facilitate removal. The Lukedisc in size M has a capacity of 35 ml (about 4 tampons), allowing less frequent changes for those with a heavy flow.
The Midnight color makes it more resistant to stains.
The LukeDisc is placed between the posterior vaginal fornix (behind the cervix) and the anterior fornix (behind the pubic bone), leaving the vaginal canal free and allowing it to be used during penetrative sexual intercourse.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR THE LUKEDISC
To choose the most suitable disc size, it is necessary to measure the cervix. For the most accurate measurement, it's important to do this during menstruation, as the cervix tends to lower during this phase of the cycle to allow menstrual blood to exit.
Wash your hands well, and while standing with one leg raised on the toilet seat, insert your index finger into your vagina and check the distance using your finger joints.
Second phalanx: medium-low cervix → Size M (Medium)
Third phalanx: high cervix → Size H (High)
LUKEDISC FOR LETITFLOW SIZES
MEDIUM (M) – For a medium or low cervix:
- Diameter: 6.2 cm
- Capacity: 35 ml (approximately 4 tampons)
Size M can also be used by young girls, teens, or those with a medium/low cervix.
HIGH (H) – For a high cervix:
- Diameter: 6.8 cm

Prima di provarlo, avevo dubbi sulla comodità del disco e sulla sua facilità di inserimento, dare le dimensioni. Invece non ho trovato alcuna difficoltà, ricorda molto il sistema dei tamponi e non richiede alcuna perizia, laddove ad esempio per le coppette, ognuna ha sperimentato nel tempo la propria piega preferita... nessuna perdita, nessuna sensazione (ed io, causa cicatrice episiotomia interna, sono molto sensibile). Una scoperta!

Ho provato tante coppette, ma avevo sempre il problema delle perdite, avendo l’utero retroverso dovevo sempre posizionarla in maniera corretta e anche quando la posizionavo bene, avevo Comunque qualche perdita, mentre quelle più capienti che ho (tra cui merula xl) erano troppo alte o troppo dure per me e mi davano molto fastidio. Ho comprato il LukeDisc M perché ho una cervice media e già lo amo: non lo sento per niente, non ho perdite, è perfetto anche per il mio utero retroverso. Bisogna solo prenderci un attimo la mano, perché si posiziona diversamente dalla coppetta, ma ora che ho capito come inserirlo ed estrarlo lo adoro ? grazie anche per avermi seguita e consigliato nell’acquisto!!

da quando ho imparato a usare il disco, ho risolto il problema delle perdite che avevo spesso con la coppetta. in primis tiene per più ore, nei giorni più abbondanti lo cambio ogni 5 ore, con la coppetta massimo 4 se non prima. poi è molto più facile da posizionare perché non c'è il problema del sottovuoto, in quanto la posizione è quella in fondo al canale. basta solo spingere fino in fondo e quando arrivi alla linguetta farlo salire dietro ed è fatta. la rimozione è molto semplice, tirare delicatamente aiutandoti con piccole spinte e il disco esce. sono davvero contenta. io ho utero retroverso e lo uso senza problemi! inoltre ringrazio il team di coppetta mestruale per la disponibilità e la premura nel rispondere a tutte le mie domande e dubbi!
