HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR THE LUKEDISC

To choose the most suitable disc size, it is necessary to measure your cervix. For the most accurate measurement, it's important to do this during menstruation, as the cervix tends to lower during this phase of the cycle to allow menstrual blood to exit.

Wash your hands well, and while standing with one leg raised on the toilet seat, insert your index finger into your vagina and check the distance using your finger joints.
