GAIA Pocket are revolutionary menstrual shorts designed to change the way you manage your period, combining the ease of changing a pad with the full protection of menstrual underwear.

Worn alone, GAIA offers an absorbency level suitable for light to regular flow, equivalent to approximately 2 tampons or 2 daytime sanitary pads. They feature a classic menstrual short structure with a breathable, stain-resistant protective layer, ensuring comfort and security throughout the day.

To fully unlock their potential, GAIA is designed to be used with Letitflow Pocket Pads (sold separately). These are wingless, insertable absorbent boosters made of 100% organic cotton, designed to be placed inside the integrated pockets. Depending on your flow, you can insert one or two Pocket Pads for increased absorbency and extended wear time—potentially covering an entire day up to nighttime use.

Pocket Pads feature subtle top stitching to help channel flow and are intentionally free from waterproof layers, as protection is already provided by the shorts. Their light absorbency is similar to a daytime sanitary pad, meaning they should be changed as needed throughout the day based on flow.

Their light-colored prints are designed to help visually monitor flow and spotting more clearly, unlike dark linings where tracking is more difficult.

Pocket Pads are compatible with all sizes of the GAIA Pocket shorts and other Letitflow pocket-style underwear.

During a break, all you need to bring is your wet bag with clean Pocket Pads so you can easily swap them during the day. Simply roll up the used pad and store it with the others for washing.

These menstrual shorts are available from size XXS (for girls or very slim teens) up to 2XL.

Because fabric and fit may vary slightly across styles, we recommend taking your hip measurement (without clothing) and following the size chart carefully.

The GAIA boxer is made from fresh, highly breathable and stretchy bamboo fabric.

Choosing your size

Letitflow absorbent underwear follows standard European sizing. The fabrics are elastic and body-hugging. Always measure your hips by placing a tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips. Do not measure over clothing, as this may distort the result. If in doubt, choose the larger size.
