Pocket Pads are wingless absorbent inserts made from 100% organic cotton. They come in cute prints and light colors because it is important for the user to clearly see where and how they are bleeding. This is not possible with black organic cotton linings in menstrual underwear.

Depending on your flow, you can insert one or two Pocket Pads into the pockets.

Pocket Pads feature top stitching designed to help channel the flow. They do not include a waterproof layer, as this is already integrated into the underwear. They have a light absorbency similar to a daytime sanitary pad, so the number of changes needed should be adjusted according to your flow in order to wear them comfortably throughout the day. Pocket Pads are compatible with all sizes of our Pocket underwear models, including Gaia and Freya.

During a break, you only need to bring your wet bag with clean Pocket Pads to replace them, and roll up the used one to store it with the others.
