Lavandin essential oil (Lavandula × intermedia) will enchant you with a relaxing scent. In aromatherapy, lavender is sometimes referred to as a panacea, plus it promotes the effects of many other essential oils. The lavender fragrance calms, improves sleep, relieves headaches in migraines and repels insects.

It has many other properties and benefits:

• For joint and muscle pain as it relaxes the muscles in case of muscle tension
• For skin care: relieves sunburn, disinfects wounds, promotes healing, acts on insect bites
• Urogenital disinfectant for men and women.

Practical applications of essential sink oil:

• A few drops on the pillow at night helps to relax. The sink is more scented with lavender oil and has the same effects.
• To relieve tension and stress: 1 drop in an environmental diffuser for each square meter of the room; it is used to relieve headaches, nervous tension, stress and insomnia.
• Nerve balancing: apply 1 or 2 drops to the temples as an anti-stress
• Muscle aches and tension: Dilute 1 or 2 drops in a teaspoon of sweet almond oil or coconut oil and do local massages.
• Added in creams and oils it is used as a moisturizer and toning.
• Freshener and spas away: Pour a few drops into a small bag or absorbent paper and place in drawers or cupboards.
• To deodorize the laundry: Add the last rinse of the washing machine to the water.
• In the shampoo add a couple of drops of tea tree oil and sink to prevent head lice.
• a few drops of sink oil with drops of tea tree diluted in a little coconut or almond oil are great for boils or acne.
