Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our Site.
Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms.
If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.

1. Contacting us if you are a consumer

To cancel an order you just need to let us know within 24 hours of placing your order that you have decided to cancel.
The easiest way to do this is by e-mail at info@coppetta-mestruale.it

2. Our products
2.1. The images of the Products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only.
We have made every effort to display the colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that computer’s display of the colours
accurately reflect the colours of the Products.
2.2. The packaging of the Products can vary from that shown on images on our Site.

3. Order placing
3.1 After you place an order, if you have supplied us with a valid email address when you have entered your order details you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

3.2 Order is confirmed upon recept of payment.

3.3. If we are unable to supply you a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available, we will inform you of this by e-mail.

4. Delivery and inspection
4.1. We will confirm your order by email and when your order payment has been processed, your order will usually be sent out within the following 2 working days.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates as this will depend on Country of destination of parcel.
Delivery leadtimes are commonly as follows:
-Europe: 7/8 working days
-Mediterranean countries: 10/12 working days
-North America: 16/20 working days
-Other countries in America, Africa, Asia: 18/24 working days

4.2. Delivery of an order shall be complete when we deliver the Products to the address supplied to us.
The Products will then become your responsibility.

4.3. You are responsible for the correct and complete delivery address given with your order and any delivery failure or loss as a result of an incorrect address will be at your risk.

You are responsible for making sure that you provide an accurate shipping address when you make your order in the online shop. This is the address we will use to post your order. 

In case your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or not claimed we can repost it at your expense. Reshipment is only available once your parcel has been returned to us.It can take from 45 to 90 days depending of Country destination.

4.4. We accept no liability for any delay or failure to deliver Products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control (Strikes, Holidays, Bad weather, etc).

4.5. Our parcels are sent in carton box or airbubble envelope depending of content and postage is Registered, that is the consignee must sign. Before signing reception you are required to inspect the parcel is in good condition ( No signs of cuts or tampered). If so, please 'accept with reserve' and check the content. Please take a picture of the parcel in all its parts and if you see something is missing, please contact us at info@coppetta-mestruale.it

5. International delivery
We deliver worldwide.
For countries outside of the European Union any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Coppetta-mestruale.it has no control over these charges and unfortunately we can not tell how much will they be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
We suggest you to contact your local Postal Service for an idea of the customs limits and restrictions.
All orders to countries outside Italy are sent with registered mail ( tracked). You will get an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as parcel is prepared.

It may take a couple of days to be taken on the shipping system.

6. Price of products and delivery charges

6.1. Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed. Please check our Site for updates on any price changes, promotios, etc.

6.2. The price of a Product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in Italy
for the time being.
6.3. The price of a Product does not include delivery charges.
Our delivery charges together with VAT are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order.
Delivery charges are displayed and calculated in base of weigth of products.
7. How to pay
7.1. Your payments are handled through (1) Paypal that adhere to the global Payment Card Industry (PCI)
Data Security Standard (DSS) developed by the international card networks Visa and Mastercard

Bank transfer- You can pay by wire transfer only if the country of destination makes part of European Union.
Our bank details are shown in payment process.

8.Return Policy.
Menstrual cups are personal hygiene device and as a result it may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
In the rare case that product has a defect please contact us.

9. Cancelling an order placed. 

If you desire to cancel an order, this must be informed to us right after having placed it.

Orders already in elaboration phase and when we have issued the international tracking code can not be cancelled.
